Otto is an AI-powered assistant delivered via Telegram that helps airline crew members understand the PBS bidding system, their working agreement, scheduling rules, and pay calculations. Otto is a tool for information and education.
Otto is powered by artificial intelligence. AI systems can and do make mistakes. Information provided by Otto may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. Do not make employment, financial, or legal decisions based solely on Otto's output.
Otto is available exclusively to current airline employees who hold the position of pilot or flight attendant. By using Otto, you represent and warrant that you are a current employee of the airline for which Otto is configured. If this representation is false, you must stop using Otto immediately.
Otto provides assistance across several areas, each with its own authorization basis:
By using Otto for PBS-related assistance, you represent that you are an active user of the AOS Preferential Bidding System through your employment and are entitled to access its documentation and user materials.
By using Otto for pilot contract or working agreement guidance, you represent that you are a current pilot at the airline and have authorized access to the pilot working agreement (CBA) through your employment. Otto references the same agreement you already have access to — it does not provide access to materials you are not otherwise entitled to.
By using Otto for flight attendant contract or working agreement guidance, you represent that you are a current flight attendant at the airline and have authorized access to the flight attendant working agreement (CBA) through your employment. Otto references the same agreement you already have access to — it does not provide access to materials you are not otherwise entitled to.
Misrepresentation of your employment status, position, or authorization constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You agree to use Otto only for its intended purpose: assistance with PBS bidding, scheduling, pay tracking, and working agreement reference. You agree not to:
Each Otto account corresponds to one employee. You may not create multiple accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, they may be suspended without notice.
When you send Otto PDFs, screenshots, or text messages, that data is processed and may be stored to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Otto offers a free tier with limited message volume and a paid tier at $19/month with higher limits and faster responses. No payment information is required to use the free tier. You may upgrade or cancel at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Otto is provided "as is" without guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Scheduled maintenance or AI provider outages may temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovotto and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Otto, including but not limited to: decisions made based on Otto's output, schedule or pay discrepancies, missed bid deadlines, or any employment-related consequences. Your use of Otto is at your own risk.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Otto after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
